Best of luck at your open house Jennifer.  Ours are usually from 2 to 4.  Big Bible Belt and a lot of people still at Church or eating at 1, lol.  Give the you best it's a great house.

George - I am hoping I will get a few eager buyers.  With virtual tours I have noticed that the people attending opening houses seems to be really looking for a house.

Kimberly - It would be wonderful to get a buyer from the open house.  I went with this format because that is how I like information presented to the point.

Lanre - Thank you, I hope a buyer comes along who feels the same way.

Ray - That is so true, in some area this Open House time would not work, this time frame is standard open house time here.
